A friend of mine was telling me about a new Cafe which had opened up in her area. While she was there sitting with her husband the waitress came over to see if they needed anything else. As she was leaning over she knocked over a cup of coffee which went all over her husbands trousers. When they went to pay at the Register (luckily they weren't charged for both coffees). The waitress asked was there anything they could do to improve their service. To this there was no response the waitress then said you were lucky to get a free coffee. My friend was dumfounded she said I will never go back to that cafe. As for her husbands trousers it took a couple of washes to get the coffee stains out!
